In fact, the only thing I know is that she's Mexican, and that there's not a lot of information about her on the internet.
I could only find 2 old blogs from her, that aren't used anymore... and all the information on there is in Spanish, which I don't speak ....
But just now, looking at her Facebookpage, I discovered a more recent blog. Yes!
Lots more eye-candy to discover ☺
As you know I am a colourjunkie. And most of these journalpages are pretty monochromatic. But I do love them!
There's so much emotion on these pages. She has such a beautiful, raw way of expressing herself.
She is so talented, I'm really amazed that I can't find more about her on the internet. I wish I spoke Spanish, or what is it they speak in Mexico?
If you want to have a look at her 2 older blogs, you can find them here and here.
Or you can visit her Facebookpage
and have a look at her new blog
(which I'm going to do right now ☺)
Thanks so much for visiting, I'll be back for a quick post on Friday for the Paint Party. Hope to see you then ♥
Wat een dramatische tekeningen; ze heeft wel heel veel emotie in haar gezichtsuitdrukkingen. Ik ken helaas ook geen spaans, maar kunst spreekt meestal voor zich.
ReplyDeleteLieve groetjes,
Marianne

Great artist! very expressive pieces - thanks for sharing Denise
ReplyDeleteWhen I opened up her blog it asked me if I wanted to translate to English - could it be because I use Google Chrome?
ReplyDeleteHer work is amazing - you have a good eye!
Must be... I use Mozilla Firefox and I don't get that message ....
DeleteHer work is very expressive! Love all of the detail and the lack of color doesn't bother me at all...which isn't the norm for me. Thanks for sharing ♥
ReplyDeleteShe has a lovely and unique portrait style. You can translate her blog to English with Google chrome but it isn't the best and I think her art speaks a lot for itself really. beautiful.
